The rules for using Pawperator. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

Pawperator ("we", "us") is operated by {{LEGAL_NAME}}, {{POSTAL_ADDRESS}}. You can reach us at hello.pawperator@gmail.com. By using pawperator.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Pawperator is a directory and information service. We list pet food suppliers, sitters, veterinarians and events, publish a Raw Score assessing suppliers against published criteria, and provide tools including a raw feeding calculator and a lost & found board.
We are not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier or service provider. We don't make, handle, inspect or deliver anyone's products. If you buy from a supplier you found here, your contract is with them.
Nothing on Pawperator — the Raw Score, the feeding calculator, articles, listings or user posts — is veterinary advice. Raw feeding carries real risks, including bacterial contamination and nutritional imbalance, and those risks are higher for animals that are very young, elderly, pregnant or immunocompromised, and in households with immunocompromised people. Talk to a veterinarian who knows your animal before changing its diet. The calculator produces estimates from the numbers you enter; it does not know your animal.
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store and distribute it on and in connection with Pawperator.
What's not allowed:
We remove content that breaks these rules and apply them identically to every listing — including the supplier we own. We don't remove reviews because a business asked us to.
A supplier can ask to have their listing removed and we'll remove the profile and any paid features. We may continue to publish factual information about a business, including a Raw Score and recall history, where it's in the public interest — a directory that lets suppliers delete poor assessments is not a directory.
We try to keep Pawperator running but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice before removing something you're paying for.
Pawperator is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Pawperator or from any transaction with a supplier or service provider listed here.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you post, your use of Pawperator, or your breach of these terms.
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. If we close a paid account without cause, we'll refund the unused portion.
We may update these terms. For material changes affecting paid accounts we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use Pawperator after changes take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
Nothing here prevents either of us seeking injunctive relief, or prevents you bringing a claim in a small-claims court, or removes any consumer-protection right you have under the law of the place you live.
